William Holland is the founder and CEO of Bigger Picture Holdings LLC, a real estate investment company headquartered in Dallas, TX, that focuses on acquiring value-add multifamily properties.

William is currently on Balfour Beattyโ€™s Pre-Construction team helping develop budgets for upcoming large residential and commercial towers. Previously at Balfour Beatty, William managed over $20 million worth of construction planning and execution and quality control on a 26 story skyscraper. Before working for Balfour Beatty, he worked for Infinity MEP Consultants as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on designing and optimizing HVAC systems for large commercial construction.

William has spent the last three years immersing himself in real estate investing. He is a proud Member of TREC, one of the biggest real estate organizations in Texas and RaiseMasters, the elite Mastermind for Capital Raisers. He has taken courses and studied materials ranging from ground up land acquisition and capital structure, to business plan execution and property disposition. He partners with experienced multi-family operators for long-term success.

William has a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University. William enjoys playing basketball, cycling, camping, serving at church, and spending time with friends and family. The most important thing in his life is his relationship with Jesus and seeking to glorify God in all that he does.
